Cookies policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy policy, which covers personal data more broadly.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things between pages and visits — your preferences, whether you're logged in, what you've clicked. Some are essential. Others are used to measure how the site is performing or to show you relevant ads elsewhere on the web.

This site also uses similar technologies — like local storage and tracking pixels — which we treat the same way as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for three reasons:

Non-essential cookies only fire if you've consented to them via our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time — see "Managing your cookies" below.

The cookies this site uses

Strictly necessary

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the site performs. GA4 collects anonymised data about page views, sessions, devices, and approximate location (city level, not address). Your IP address is anonymised before storage.

Marketing

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our paid social ads and, where appropriate, retarget people who've shown interest in our services.

We may add additional analytics or marketing tools over time. When we do, we'll update this list and — for non-essential cookies — your consent will be requested before they fire.

Third-party content

Some of our pages embed content from third parties — Typeform forms, video players, font services — that may set their own cookies. We've kept these to a minimum and they're listed in our consent banner where applicable. Their own privacy policies govern those cookies; here are the main ones:

Managing your cookies

You're in control of non-essential cookies. There are two ways to manage them:

On this site

Click Cookie preferences at any time to reopen the consent banner and change your choices.

In your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that doing this will affect lots of sites, not just ours, and some features may stop working. Instructions for the common browsers:

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever we add or remove cookies, or when the underlying technology changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
