Two three-hour sessions on building a founder brand on social media. We work out what you post and where — then we shoot it in our studio.
Social is the one channel where a founder outperforms their own company page — and most founders waste it. Two sessions fix that: one to work out what you post and where, one to shoot it.
No mindset frameworks and no accountability calls. Positioning, content, and a camera.
Session two is a real shoot on a real studio floor, not a slide about lighting.
You leave with posts ready to publish, not a list of things to do later.
Founders whose next client, hire or investor is more likely to arrive because they saw you on a feed. Equally: consultants and agency owners who sell on reputation and know their social does not reflect it.
Session one decides which of these actually deserve your time, based on where your buyers are — then everything else is built for those.
Where B2B founders get found
The highest-intent audience you have access to. Buyers, partners, press and future hires are already there and already reading.
Where you become a person
Reels and stories carry the human side of the business — the part that makes people trust a name before they ever meet it.
Where reach beats network
The one platform where a founder with no following can still land in front of exactly the right people.
Where content keeps working
Shorts for reach, longer pieces for depth. The only platform where a post still earns you clients a year later.
Spreading yourself across every platform is the most common way founders burn out on social and conclude it does not work. We would rather you were unmissable in one place than forgettable in four.
Three hours at the table, three hours on the studio floor. The gap between them is where the thinking settles.
Three hours · What you post, and where
The thinking work. We finish with a positioning you could defend in a room of sceptics, the one or two platforms worth your time, and content pillars specific enough to act on tomorrow.
Every platform you are currently on, and what it says about you right now. What is dormant, what is inconsistent, and what is quietly working.
Your actual story, and which parts of it are worth posting. What you want to be known for versus what your feed currently says you are.
Where your buyers, hires and press genuinely spend their attention. Which one or two platforms that implies — and which you can stop feeling guilty about ignoring.
Three or four themes you can post about indefinitely without repeating yourself or running dry by week three.
What you believe that others in your field do not. On social this is the whole difference between being followed and being scrolled past.
Three hours · Getting it made
The practical half, in the studio. We plan against the pillars, shoot, and edit for the feed — so you finish with posts in hand rather than an intention to make some.
Turning the pillars into a shot list: talking-head video, vertical clips, carousels and stills — matched to the platforms you picked.
Talking-head and lifestyle shooting in the Cove and the lifestyle set. How to be on camera without looking like you would rather not be.
Cutting for the feed. Subtitles, the first two seconds, and writing copy that carries a post rather than describing it.
How often you can genuinely sustain, how to batch so it does not eat your week, and what the algorithms actually reward.
Week three is where most founders quit — the posts are out, the numbers are small, and it feels like shouting into a void. What is actually normal, what to do when you have run out of ideas, and how to tell a slow start from a wrong strategy.
A posting plan for your chosen platforms, written with you rather than handed to you.
Six hours one-to-one means the person teaching it matters more than the syllabus.
Founder, No Name Digital
Jaisin founded No Name Digital and has spent the last several years working with hundreds of business owners across paid social, content and brand — from single-operator consultancies to companies spending five figures a month on ads.
He runs the agency, the studios and the content team from the same North London warehouse the sessions happen in, which means the advice comes from campaigns running this week rather than a course written three years ago.

“Most founders do not have a content problem. They have a decision problem — they have never decided what they are actually for. Once that is settled, the posting gets easy.”
There is no timetable to fit into. We work around yours.
Tell us roughly where you are and what you want to be known for. A few lines is enough.
Fifteen minutes to check the sessions are actually the right thing for you before you commit.
Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon, usually one to two weeks apart.
Positioning at the table. You leave with the framework and a shot plan for session two.
Sessions run Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon, usually one to two weeks apart. Weekend sessions are subject to availability — ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
You get a 30-minute check-in call, and you choose when to use it within six months of your second session. Some founders take it two weeks in when the first posts have landed; others hold it back until they hit a wall. There is no need to book it up front — just email when you want it.
LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We do not try to cover all four for you — session one picks the one or two that match where your buyers actually are, and the rest of the course is built for those.
No. Most founders who take this have a dormant LinkedIn and not much else. Starting from a small audience is normal and, on TikTok in particular, barely a disadvantage.
Not as part of this. The point of the course is that you can do it yourself. If you would rather hand it over, that is a Content or Marketing conversation and a different service.
Usually one to two weeks. The gap matters — it gives the positioning time to settle, and gives you time to gather anything we need for the shoot. We would not normally run both on the same day.
Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon. Weekend sessions are subject to availability — ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
No, and most founders are not at first. Session two is built around getting usable footage from people who find it uncomfortable. That is most of the skill in it.
Two or three outfit changes, your laptop, and anything that is part of how you work — product, tools, whatever is true to the business. We will send a short list beforehand.
Yes, outright. Everything shot in session two is yours to use however you like, with no licensing restrictions and no credit required.
Yes. Plenty of founders carry on with a content day at the studios or a marketing retainer. Neither is assumed, and nothing in the two sessions is held back to create the need.
Two sessions, one-to-one, and you leave with content in hand. Tell us where you are and we will find dates that work.
